HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
We will do our best to confirm last-minute requests, but we cannot guarantee service in less than 24 hours. A last-minute request for less than 24 hours per service hour will be applied to a 30% short notice surcharge.
WHAT'S THE BUGGY SERVICE?
Buggy service is an electric golf cart service that offers a fast and easy experience at major airports such as Istanbul.

As you know, airports are always crowded ! We offer fast track service for stress-free travel. Fast Track service allows you to quickly switch at passport and security points. You don’t have to wait long lines.

No one wants to carry heavy luggage. Enjoy your journey-we think of everything. Our porters take your luggage and let you be free at airports. and the service is included in all our services.
WHAT IS YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL SERVICE
Cancellation & Date change Policy :
Reservations can be cancelled or changed before 24 hours from service time without no-show fee.
Cancellations in 24 hours to service time, is applied %100 no-show fee.
Short Notice : %30 surcharge is applied reservations which made at last 24 hours to service time.
Payment : Payment is made via credit card (Master or Visa – 3D secured payment link). Please note that there will be %3 credit card commision to price.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGE POLICY?
Cancellation and change conditions: reservations may be changed or cancelled without a no-show fee 24 hours before the service period. A 100% no-show fee is charged for cancellations and changes made within 24 hours of the service period.

Payment is made via credit card (Master or Visa – 3D secured payment link).
WHERE DOES THE GREETER MEET WITH ME?
The Welcome Agent (with the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign) will be waiting for the passenger’s at the end of the air-bridge or entrance of the Arrivals hall for Arrival and Transit Service
The Welcome Agent will begin by contacting the contact number provided for the Lead passenger or the driver (if the driver contact details have been provided), prior to the passenger(s)’ arrival at the airport in order to arrange the time and meeting point for Departure Service.
CAN YOU PROVIDE AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION SERVICE WITH VIP VEHICLES?
Yes We can provide VIP Airport Transportation Service to you with our affordable prices and luxury vehicles(Mercedes S Class/ Mercedes E Class / Mercedes Vito)

WHAT IF I NEED A WHEELCHAIR ?
For arrivals and connections, wheelchair assistance is provided by the airlines. Should you require wheelchair assistance, please contact your airline directly. For departures, please let us know ahead of time and we can arrange one for you.
